WeightRx is a technology platform, not a medical provider.Medical services are provided exclusively by independent licensed providers, including but not limited to:

Provide medical care
Make clinical decisions
Guarantee prescriptions

2. NO GUARANTEE OF TREATMENT
Submission of your information and payment does not guarantee:

Approval for treatment
A prescription
Any specific medication

All treatment decisions are made by licensed providers.

3. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION (IMPORTANT)
By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree:

You may be charged before provider review
Charges are for access to services, processing, and care coordination
If you are not approved, refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy

4. PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS
If prescribed:

Medications are dispensed by licensed third-party pharmacies
Some medications may be compounded

Compounded Medications

Are not FDA-approved
Are prepared under pharmacy regulations (503A)
May differ from commercially available medications

5. FINAL SALE & REFUNDS
You acknowledge:

6-month and 12-month plans are non-refundable
Medications are non-refundable once shipped

Refunds (if any) are subject to:
Provider review status
Processing fees

6. TELEHEALTH LIMITATIONS
Telehealth services:

May not be appropriate for all conditions
Do not replace in-person medical care
May involve risks due to lack of physical examination

7. NO INSURANCE
WeightRx services are cash-pay only.
We do not:

Accept insurance
Submit claims
Guarantee HSA/FSA eligibility

8. MARKETING & DATA USE
By using our services, you acknowledge that:

Your data may be used for advertising and analytics
You may receive communications via email and SMS
You may opt out at any time

9. EMERGENCIES
WeightRx is not for emergencies.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

*The assessment made available on the WeightRx website does not create a clinician-patient relationship between the individual completing the assessment and WeightRx. WeightRx is not a provider of medical services. WeightRx acts primarily as a technology platform to connect you with professional clinicians who may be available to provide you with non-emergency care. Such providers include MDI Medical Group, and certain other medical groups (collectively, the "Providers"). The Providers include a network of US-licensed clinicians that adhere to rigorous medical protocols designed for patient safety and have established exclusionary criteria to determine if an individual does not qualify for GLP-1s. Each WeightRx assessment will be reviewed by a clinician who will determine if the individual is eligible for GLP-1 medication and qualifies for a prescription. Provider clinicians retain the decision to prescribe compounded GLP-1s to patients.

Although compounded GLP-1s are produced in facilities that are regulated, the medications are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality. The decision to use compounded drugs is guided by the licensed clinician's medical judgment, which is informed by a telehealth consultation and medical history.

We encourage all prospective users of compounded medications to speak with their clinician about the specific risks and benefits that may come with the use of compounded medication. WeightRx does not produce compounded medications, and individuals may receive medication that looks different than what is portrayed on the website.
