WeightRx Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of WeightRx® (the “Platform”), operated by:

("WeightRx", “we”, “us”, or “our”)
WeightRx, Inc. (Delaware) may operate certain brand, marketing, and technology functions.
IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
WeightRx is not a healthcare provider.
WeightRx provides a technology platform that connects users with:
- Independent licensed medical providers (including MDI Medical Group, PC)
- Partner pharmacie
Medical care is provided exclusively by independent providers, not WeightRx.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must:
- Be 18+
- Be located in the U.S.
- Provide accurate information
We may deny or revoke access at any time.
2. PLATFORM SERVICES
WeightRx provides:
- Telehealth coordination
- Prescription routing (if medically appropriate)
- Pharmacy fulfillment via partner pharmacies
- Subscription-based treatment access
We do NOT:
- Practice medicine
- Guarantee prescriptions
- Control provider decisions
3. PROVIDER RELATIONSHIP
You acknowledge:
- Your provider is MDI Medical Group, PC or another licensed entity
- WeightRx is not part of the provider relationship
- All clinical decisions are made independently
4. PAYMENT & BILLING
Pre-Authorization
You authorize charges before provider review.
If a provider determines you are not eligible:
- You will not be charged OR
- You may receive a refund per Refund Policy
Subscription Billing
Plans include:
- Monthly
- 3-month
- 6-month
- 12-month
All plans auto-renew unless canceled.
BNPL
We may offer third-party Buy Now Pay Later options.
5. PRESCRIPTIONS & MEDICATIONS
- Prescriptions are not guaranteed
- Issued only if medically appropriate
Compounded Medications
Some medications:
- Are compounded
- Are NOT FDA-approved
- Are prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We do not guarantee:
- Weight loss
- Medical outcomes
- Specific results
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted:
WeightRx is NOT liable for:
- Medical decisions
- Provider conduct
- Pharmacy errors
Maximum liability =
Greater of $100 OR amount paid in last 12 months
8. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
All disputes:
- Must be resolved via binding arbitration
- No class actions
- No jury trials
9. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- Misuse
- Fraud
- Violations
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
